1. Event Information
The Barcelona Journaling Festival will be held on 8-9 November 2025, followed by the "How to Thrive as a
Journaling Coach" premium course on 11-12 November 2025, hosted in Barcelona, Spain.

2. Ticket Purchases
All tickets are processed through third-party platforms including TicketTailor and Stripe. Confirmation emails
will be sent automatically upon purchase. If you do not receive confirmation within 24 hours, please check
your spam or junk folder before contacting us.

3. Refund Policy
Ticket purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After this period, all sales are final
and non-refundable.
Please note that by purchasing a ticket, you agree to these refund terms.

4. Event Changes, Cancellations & Liability
We reserve the right to make changes to the event schedule, location, speakers, or other event details at any
time. If the festival or associated premium course is cancelled, ticket holders will be offered a full refund of the
ticket/course fee only.
Unleash Your Ink Ltd. will not be liable for any additional expenses, including but not limited to:
- Flights or transportation
- Accommodation or meals
- Travel insurance or visa costs
- Other incidental or consequential losses
We strongly recommend that attendees purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover these potential
risks.

5. Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. We will only collect and process personal data necessary to complete your
ticket purchase and communicate essential information about the event. Your data will never be sold or
shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

6. Media & Recording Notice
Parts of the Barcelona Journaling Festival may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you grant
Unleash Your Ink Ltd. the right to use any such media (which may include your likeness) for marketing,
educational, or archival purposes. If you prefer not to appear in any recordings, please notify the organisers
in advance.

7. Exemption from EU Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, your purchase of a ticket or course place
for a time-specific event is exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right. By completing your purchase,
you agree that the service will be provided on a specific date, and as such, you waive your right to withdraw.
